Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers in:

  • All countries within the European Union

  • Selected countries worldwide (including the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Domestic (within EU): from € 6.19

  • International (worldwide): from €14.49

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above € 100

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International (worldwide): 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
